Description
An error has occurred extracting (2d_sa) boundary data for a given 2d_sa feature from the BC Database (bc_database.csv).

Suggestions
Check the TLF for the specific error. It could be that the boundary name doesn't exist in the bc_dbase.csv, or the source file doesn't exist, or there could be an issue with how the data is stored in the source file. It is also worth double checking the encoding of the source file to make sure it is a plain CSV (UTF-8 or ANSI encoding) and not different flavour of CSV e.g. that uses UTF-8 BOM encoding.
