1. Download OSGeo4W Network Installer
   
2. Double click downloaded executable

11. Open QGIS Nightly via start menu or via folder location

Update

1. Search 'Setup' in start menu
   
2. 
   
3. Click 'Next' until setup is complete. The setup will recognise your current installation and update if a new release is available.
