Message Type
ERROR

Description
Both Gate Speed and Period Opening/Closing commands can define operational speed of gated structures.

  • if neither command is specified the default Period Opening/Closing of 60 sec is used to set the Gate Speed
  • if both command are specified Period Opening/Closing is ignored and Gate Speed is used

Same rule applies to the Weir Height/Width Speed commands for operational weirs.

Suggestions
Check toc file input to ensure the operational control works as intended.
