Description
For material ID "<mat_ID>", constituent "<constituent>", the 'time constant' parameter is below the lower limit of "<limit>" seconds.

Suggestions
In the pollutant export model block of the TUFLOW CATCH Control file (.tcc), ensure the 'time constant' parameter is greater than or equal to "<limit>" for all constituents.
