ERROR 2002 - Specified "a" cell at "b" outside grid limits of "c".

Description
The 2D cell of layer "a" with coordinates "b" is located outside the 2D domain. The grid limits "c" refer to to the Grid Dimensions (N, M) from the .tlf file where N refers to grid rows and M refers to grid columns. The "Check Inside Grid" command controls whether this message is an ERROR, WARNING or not given."
Suggestions
Check if the 2D cell should be inside the 2D domain or deleted and if the domain is sufficiently specified.
