ERROR 5092 - Table row "<row>" looks like it should be part of the treatment table but it has missing/empty columns as defined by the starting row (row "<header_row>")

Description
Treatment table row "<row>" contains data, but it has columns with missing, empty or invalid data.

Suggestions
In the treatment table, ensure that:

• "<row>" contains the same number of columns as the header row "<header_row>",
• There are no empty columns in "<row>", and
• "<row>" is populated with numbers (no letters or special characters)
