A useful check if you're unsure if the issue is with the tool or with something else (like the Datahub), is to check if you can manually access and pull data from the Datahub for your catchment site.

The second step is to ensure you're using the latest version of the QGIS plugin. OccassionalyOccasionally updates to the ARR datahubDatahub will break the tool and this may have already been caught and fixed in the latest update.<Br><br>
